Low, David Alexander Cecil

Sir David Low was a New Zealand political cartoonist and caricaturist. Low began his career in 1910 as a cartoonist with the Canterbury Times, a newspaper in Christchurch, New Zealand. In 1911, he moved to Sydney, Australia, to join The Bulletin. He moved to London to in 1919.
