Before you upload

All contributions are reviewed by the UNE Archives team before publication. Approved items will be publicly accessible online, so please only share material that you own and are comfortable making available on the internet.

Donations of Archival Material 

The UNE Archives and Heritage Centre welcomes donations of archival material that help preserve and share the history of the University of New England and the wider New England region. We collect a wide range of material, including documents, photographs, manuscripts, maps, audio-visual recordings, and selected physical or digital items. All donations are assessed to ensure they align with our collecting priorities and preservation capacity.

We encourage donors to contact us before transferring any material.

The UNE and Regional Archives Fund supports projects that preserve, protect, and make accessible the documentary heritage of UNE and the region. Your tax-deductible donation helps care for unique and irreplaceable collections, support digitisation, and provide access for research, learning, and community engagement—now and into the future.
