Description
H.W. Oxford was a foundation Manual Arts lecturer at the Armidale Teachers' College. During the Second World War, Oxford became especially notable for coordinating staff and students in the construction of detailed model aircraft used by the armed forces for training in the recognition of hostile aircraft.
