This series documents the operational and personal records of Wallabadah pastoral property near Quirindi.

Financial documentation comprises letterbooks recording outgoing business correspondence (1871–1929), ledgers and journals detailing accounts and transactions (1869–1921), and bank account records with the Commercial Banking Company (1899–1901). Wool production records include shearers' tally books and wool books spanning 1871–1943 (with gaps), and Quirindi wool weights (1896–1903). Station diaries provide daily operational accounts by John Mackenzie Lindsay Macdonald (1871–1929), J.M.L. Macdonald junior (1930–1931, 1933–1934), and Herbert Lindsay Macdonald (1897–1944), documenting property activities, weather conditions, and social life. Sheep stud books record breeding programs and pedigrees (1874–1910).

Correspondence includes letters received by manager Frank Loder concerning ram pedigrees (1886) and election materials for the Pastures Protection Board (1897). Additional holdings include a property description published in The Pastoral Review (post-1904), a map showing land on Quirindi Creek, and William Telfer's reminiscences The Early History of the Northern Districts of New South Wales.
